General Manager

  • Manage the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits,

  • Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality,

  • Manage the restaurant in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures,

  • Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and implement a high level of superior guest service,

  • Maximize profits by controlling food and labor costs.

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager position is a stepping stone into the Kitchen Manager position, and ultimately the General Manager position. At Golden Corral our Hospitality Managers are our Guest Ambassadors! They are responsible for creating a spirit of hospitality in the front-of-the house through creating a warm positive environment, and selecting and training friendly talented Co-workers – while achieving a profitable environment that “makes pleasurable dining affordable”. The Hospitality Manager’s goal is to sure each guest becomes a long-term loyal customer – not just by meeting expectations, but by exceeding them. Hospitality Managers lead the front-of-house team in these areas:


  • The guests feel welcomed and appreciated from the minute they walk in the door

  • The food bars always look appealing – from the guest perspective

  • The guest areas of the restaurant are well maintained – from the dining room to the bathrooms

  • Guests receive superior service – never an empty glass or coffee cup – we treat our customers as we would guests in our own homes

  • Speedy and efficient management of guest flow through the front line and payment process – while following all cash management and security procedures

Kitchen Manager

This is a great opportunity to join the Golden Corral Management Team – and a stepping stone to the General Manager position. As Kitchen Manager you’ll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
